In preparation for the festive season, TRY-iTT Global has created a fitness Advent Calendar to get you ready. The movements are simple, body weight exercises which you can do at home with some walking and running. You are welcome to enhance your workouts with weights or add some longer walks and runs. So make sure you are Nice and not Naughty by missing days, otherwise you will be getting a lump of coal under the Christmas tree, instead of a healthy month of December and the potential to take on the new year healthier and fitter.
